Pegotty Cooper is the founder of Mid-Life Adventure and member of The Results Consulting Group. She provides one-on-one executive coaching to association and corporate executives, leaders, and managers. She has a proven success record with clients seeking to increase effectiveness in their professional and personal lives, build on strengths necessary to move to the next level of leadership and management, dismantle sometimes hidden limiting beliefs, and experience greater satisfaction in career choices, life balance, and relationships.

Pegotty has more than 16 years' experience working with association professionals. She has managed projects related to leadership training in a variety of tax exempt and nonprofit organizations. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology and Art History from the University of Massachusetts. She also earned an Executive MBA from Rutgers University and currently teaches Management and Supervision, Change Management, and Organizational Behavior at the University of Phoenix, Tampa Campus. She is a Leadership Coach for the University of Tampa MBA Program.

Pegotty is a Certified Coach through the Coach Training Alliance and has been recognized as an ASAE Fellow. Pegotty served as an executive coach for the ASAE GREAT IDEAS Conference in Orlando and Phoenix, as well as ASAE & The Center for Association Leadership's 2005 Annual Meeting.
