This full-time position is the critical link between association professionals at client sites and the NOAH AMS technical teams. You are in the loop from the very beginning with requirements analysis, discovery, planning, development, testing, training, implementation and life-time support. Clients rely on you for guidance and assistance and you have the backing of web programmers, database administrators and report developers. Your experience contributes towards making NOAH be what our users want it to be.
A CAE designation is a definite plus but not required. Other essential skills include a working knowledge of databases with some experience with either MS SQL or MS Access or similar. There is a need for a calm temperament and strong organizational skills, and the ability to mulita-task.
