AABB is seeking a Web Services Manager. As the organization’s website gatekeeper, the Web Services Manager assists in monitoring and maintaining accurate content and consistent branding and messaging.
Perform Web site administration, design, coding, development, content upload and maintenance for all AABB websites.
Manage content developed by staff or outside contractors and review and edit content prior to final placement on Web site. Review existing web content and ensure conformity to AABB web style guidelines.
Keep current on latest trends in Web-related technology.
Manage special projects as directed.
Document and maintain Web Services departmental procedures and QSEs.
Assist in monitoring, responding to and forwarding all Web-generated email (through webmaster and AABB general mail boxes).
Supervise DNS records and edits.
Serve as backup to the Web Services Director.
Education - BS or BA degree required. BS/BA in Computer Science/Information Systems or related field or equivalent experience preferred.
Experience - Five or more years experience in Computer/Technology field; with broad based and recent experience in project management and website management.
Experience using the following products: SharePoint 2013, Dreamweaver, Windows Server, Internet Information Server, SQL Server
Knowledge of graphics files formats and ability to create and modify graphics using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
Experience with Google Web Analytics, WordPress, Joomla.
Experience using Internet Explorer, Chrome.
Understanding of responsive design.
Understanding of DNS.
Strong oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills.
Strong project management skills with proven track record of success in formal management of complex projects.
Ability to interact effectively with all levels of AABB staff and AABB membership.
Database management experience.
Proven ability to handle the required business development tasks and assist in developing and maintaining client/staff relationships.
Ability to handle detail and multiple priorities.
Dayshift hours primarily.
Travel and other work related assignments on weekends are possible.
