The Sr. Web Developer position will be responsible for being the lead developer responsible for the planning, design and management of the software development and online application workload.
Develops and maintains high-quality online software applications to produce clean, efficient code using ASP.net MVC C#; Responsible for maintaining ecommerce applications interfacing with the Association Management System; Participates in the initial analysis, planning, requirements analysis, design, development/ integration, testing/debugging, implementation and support phases of a project.

The successful candidate:
Ability to lead a technical team
At least three years’ experience using ASP.NET MVC 4.6 or greater
Bachelor’s degree required
Knowledge of ColdFusion (preferred)
In-Depth experience with Visual Studio 2015 or greater
Hands on experience with development operations, script writing, and strong understanding of cloud computing web development capabilities and limitations
Knowledge of web development best practices
Experience with Microsoft Internet Information Server (IIS)
Experience with ecommerce
Experience with creating and consuming web/data services (SOAP, REST, and ODATA)
Experience in forensic coding for identifying bugs
Working knowledge of SQL Server and basic database design fundamentals
Ability to communicate (verbal and written) technical ideas and concepts effectively to technical and non-technical staff
Must be able to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced, team environment and collaborate to ensure goals are met
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and diplomacy skills
Ability to demonstrate work experience by providing examples, samples, and source code
Ability to adapt to changing priorities
