Summary of Position:
Serves as administrator, project manager, and users’ support for National Apartment Association Education Institute’s (NAAEI’s) credentialing programs. Runs all NAAEI credentialing processes, such as client enrollment, issuance of certification and administration of renewals. Oversees the use and expansion of Learning Management System (LMS) by all NAA affiliates and clients. Serves as a liaison to NAA’s Information Technology Department to ensure the integrity of NAAEI’s data in the appropriate database. Helps define requirements for and implement any new technological tools.
Manages all customer enrollment, certification and credential renewal processes
Manages education order invoicing and accounts receivables
Manages issuance of credential certificates and digital badges
Generates project requirements for the Project Coordinators department and oversees completion of all administrative projects
Education Database Management (Nimble or other)
Designs, maintains, streamlines and improves all database related operations as necessary
Serves as Point of Contact for the Information Technology (IT) department on all education-related database issues, including the integrity of NAAEI’s data
Helps create and define technical requirements for NAAEI databases
NAAEI Learning Management System (LMS) Management
Provides regular LMS system customer support and training for state and local association staff and members
Generates custom reports, aggregates usage and communicates activity across the entire LMS platform. Works with LMS vendor to ensure smooth continuous operations for existing courses and upload of new ones.
Develops LMS user training including: conducting live webinars and how to use instructional design authoring tools
Works with the Director of Credentialing and Professional Development Programs on the development of mobile applications that deliver blended learning solutions
Works with accounting department to assist with revenue shares, new product pricing and new product codes
3+ years working with Salesforce, CRM or other similar AMS.
Strong understanding of IT processes
3+ years of experience working in a credentialing environment.
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to multitask, excellent organizational skills.
Experience working with Nimble
Experience in training or certification operations and customer service
Experience working in an association
Ability to analyze complex situations and create efficient solutions
