The Project Coordinator’s primary focus is to support and project manage the development of content identified. Provides help developing educational programming across all content coordinating teams as needed. These efforts support the many volunteer teams and subject matter experts who participate in ILTA’s premier programming.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
Assemble project teams as needed to execute programming deliverables as defined by ILTA (i.e., webinars, podcasts, teleforums, blogs posts, etc.)
Utilizing strong project management skills, coordinate educational program development (i.e., project plan, timelines, checklists, resources, etc.)
Coordinate and manage communications with project team members, leading discussions with teams of volunteers on conference calls and through email and collaboration tools in order to execute deliverables; coordinate communication between project teams and coordinating teams as needed
Provide volunteer orientation for new project team members
Execute administrative duties related to ILTA webinars, teleforums and podcasts including, but not limited to creation and scheduling of invitations, web postings, monitoring of attendance, and post-event analysis
Schedule and facilitate practice sessions with webinar and podcast speakers
Host webinar services, and be able to moderate webinars, teleforums or podcasts when needed
Collaborate with ILTA staff and members of the project teams to determine the best methods to promote or repurpose the program deliverables
Provide analysis and reporting to relevant project teams and coordinating teams on the following:
Attendance for webinars and tele-forums
Views and downloads for podcasts and recordings
Attend monthly coordinating team conference calls, and maintains minutes for the call
Additional projects and duties may be assigned on an as needed basis
Desired Skill and Experience:
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to prioritize, organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively (the ability to work across departments, geographies and professions with great finesse)
Ability to work well under deadline pressure
Attention to detail
Proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications
Ability to travel 2-3 times a year to attend in-person meetings
At least two (2) years of related work experience
Experience within the legal sector is desired
Telecommuting is allowed.
