Global Database Administration Specialist to administer and facilitate worldwide online candidate application system and certification and recertification communications through various media delivery outlets to drive growth. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, interpret policies and certification requirements to conduct day-to-day certification operations, coordinate and implement communications related to application deadlines and examination candidate activities, as well as serve as the point of contact for the online application system to vendors and staff. Professional must be detail-oriented with an emphasis on accuracy and excellent problem-solving skills.
Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Working with professionals around the globe to manage certification process and advance key business objectives of the organization; including driving growth in certification and recertification applications.
Coordinate and conduct candidate communications related to application system (e.g. deadline reminders); which includes preparing the data sets for facilitation.
Coordinate and conduct candidate communications related to recertification (e.g. deadline reminders, lapsed certifications); which includes preparing data sets for facilitation.
Facilitate the mailing of exam results, as well as the packets for successful recertification by CERPs candidates.
Facilitate organizational communications through mass electronic communication system and conduct website updates as requested.
Conduct, and as requested, lead quality control checks as required for communications and other projects as determined.
Facilitate translations of communications as needed and centralization of some worldwide communications.
Coordinate development and updates of online application system, as well as serve as staff liaison to vendor.
Facilitate the opening and closing of application windows for the online application system.
Facilitate the maintenance of detailed, accurate certification and other records in the credential management system.
Work in conjunction with technology vendor to provide regular updates to certification staff to assist with day-to-day certification operations.
Serve as the staff liaison to global teams for work related to the online application system ensuring accuracy of data, timeliness of information, and excellent customer service.
Provide periodic analysis of certification and certificant data for public and internal use.
Create and implement a plan for using website and social media for certification announcements (e.g. deadlines, policy changes, tips for applying, etc.).
Perform other duties as assigned.
Some travel, evening and weekend work required.

Bachelor’s degree and 3 years working experience with a certification program or in associations.
Demonstrated database management and analysis skills, with excellent technology skills.
Demonstrated project management skills; including management of mass-communication systems.
Detail-orientated with excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communications skills, both oral and written.
Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational skills.
Works professionally and diplomatically with individuals from broad geographical and cultural backgrounds.
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and projects effectively, adapt to change, prioritize work and make business decisions with respect to programs.
Contribute to the design, documentation and implementation of operational policies and procedures around program delivery and maintenance.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential materials with discretion.
