The American Bus Association is looking for a professional, member-focused, solutions-oriented, organized, detail-oriented meetings & events coordinator. The successful individual will be energetic, creative and a problem-solver.
The successful candidate’s main responsibilities will focus on every aspect of supporting the Association’s members event participation including responding to member queries, invoicing, event registration, outreach, database entry, quality service checks, committee coordination and other tasks as assigned.
In addition, the candidate must work well in a team environment as well as independently and have the ability to work closely with association members and volunteers, possess excellent time management skills, and meet multiple deadlines while prioritizing tasks.

About American Bus Association
The American Bus Association, the trade association of the intercity bus industry, represents the motorcoach industry's interests in Washington, D.C. It also facilitates relationships between North American motorcoach and tour companies and all related segments of the travel and supplier industries and promotes travel by motorcoach to consumers.
ABA represents approximately 950 motorcoach and tour companies in the United States and Canada. Its members operate charter, tour, regular route, airport express, special operations and contract services (commuter, school, transit). Another 2,500 member organizations represent the travel and tourism industry and suppliers of bus products and services who work in partnership with the North American motorcoach industry.
