You will have the opportunity to engage with some of the leading firms in the industry through the prospecting and recruitment of staffing and workforce solution firms. You will be involved in all aspects of the sales cycle process within assigned accounts and will be required to meet revenue targets. Once you land those accounts, you will work with our account managers to ensure these accounts are successfully onboarded. We are a team here at ASA—its built in our culture.
What is ASA looking for?
Minimum 5+ years selling to and closing deals with C-suite executives
Impressive understanding of how to sell and manage a lengthy sales cycle
Uninhibited ability to pick up the phone and place outbound calls
Demonstrated ability and initiative to achieve or exceed assigned goals
First class communication, presentation, and networking skills
