Badger Bay is recruiting a dynamic, creative, outcomes-driven and entrepreneurial-spirited professional to join our team. Primary responsibilities include marketing, board and committee management, event planning and project management. The Director will work with a team of staff to help (a) build membership, (b) increase event attendance, and (c) grow non-dues revenue for a designated set of clients.
Support board members and committee chairs
Develop and manage plans and budgets
Review and approve expenses
Manage marketing and communications
Other duties as assigned
The ideal candidate will have association, event planning, project management and communications experience. The position requires a 4-year degree in a related field, and prior related work experience. The skills required for the position include budget and project management, meeting planning, strong communication skills and computer skills. The position includes occasional overnight travel for conferences and client events. Candidates may work remotely from anywhere within the state of Wisconsin.
