Senior Manager, Education

Position Summary Reporting to the Director, Education & Meetings, the Senior Manager is responsible for CHPA’s educational program content for all immersions, ad hoc seminars, and webinars and assists the Director, Meetings & Education with all other CHPA conferences. The Senior Manager develops, curates and executes educational program content by coordinating with staff, industry thought leaders, and member committees; expanding relationships with other associations; and understanding relevant consumer healthcare industry issues. The incumbent contacts and arranges for services of speakers from government, industry and other establishments; researches and develops new educational program ideas; analyzes the competitive landscape; and conducts evaluations of all education programs for program impact and relevance, best practices and effective marketing strategies.
