The Association of Diabetes Care & Education Specialists (ADCES) is currently searching for a Product Marketing Manager. If you answered yes to the questions above, this may be the position for you!
The Product Marketing Manager will also be responsible for taking a lead role in developing strategies to market organization’s wider inventory of products and services that are often included within Workforce Training packages. These include live courses and continuing education accreditation service. Will take responsibility for seeking out opportunities to include Association membership within packages or at events.
Workforce Training Business: Build a prospect pipeline and develop campaigns to market Workforce Training packages to targeted audiences. Work with Marketing & Communications and Education teams to develop data-driven campaigns and collateral to reach identified markets.
Live Education and Program Accreditation Service: In collaboration with Education and Practice teams, lead development of marketing strategies and manage the respective budgets to meet product lines revenue and organizational objectives. Create marketing copy and collaborate with internal creative team to develop promotional materials, utilizing marketing channels.
Membership Marketing: Manage ADCES membership recruitment activities as it relates to Workforce Training packages and live events. In collaboration with the Member Services staff and Marketing &Communications team, help implement new initiatives to promote benefits of being a member of ADCES.
BA in related field required.
Minimum of five years of membership marketing experience required, with demonstrated successes in content marketing, targeted campaigns and developing strategies for promoting products and services.
Experience working with a non-profit organization, membership association.
Prior experience developing and implementing membership marketing strategies including recruitment and retention a plus.
Experience and expertise in conducting marketing analyses including assessing needs of customers, members, target markets and conducting research, competitive and pricing analyses, and projected life cycles of programs/products.
Previous healthcare marketing a plus.
