Membership and Marketing Coordinator
Association of Collegiate Schools of Architecture
The Association of Collegiate Schools of Architecture (ACSA) seeks a Membership and Marketing Coordinator to join our team. We are a not-for-profit organization whose mission is to lead architectural education and research on behalf of more than 7,000+ faculty members in the United States, Canada, and around the world.
The Coordinator supports a busy department responsible for membership services, advertising, communications, and publications. The Coordinator interacts with members via email and telephone, and will support multiple administrative tasks, such as fulfilling advertising and marketing orders and updating database records and web pages. The position is responsible for coordinating payment of invoices, and will provide administrative support for ACSA’s governance, research, and communications efforts.
The position reports to the Director of Membership, Marketing, and Publications. Duties require skills in multi-project management, a commitment to customer service, helpful phone etiquette, and an ability to learn and work with new software programs.
This position is not intended to be a permanent telecommuting position. However, due to the pandemic the office is currently working remotely.
