Certification Program Coordinator
The International Association of Accessibility Professionals (IAAP)
The IAAP Certification Program Coordinator serves oversight of the IAAP Certification Unit. The Coordinator is a full-time position and is responsible for managing and handling communications, both incoming and outgoing, and coordinating engagement of IAAP current and future certification holders and the service/benefits offerings. The Coordinator is involved in various activities such as managing staff and running the daily operations of the Unit. The position requires an organized, self-driven, self-directive, tech-savvy, and outgoing personality. Essential duties and responsibilities: include (1) Communication with candidates and certificants due for renewals (2) program support and (3) reporting and data management.

Qualifications required for this position include a college degree, experience of working for a non-for-profit association. The candidate should have a professional background in: Project management, communications, and accessibility.
