Professional to provide excellent and thorough customer service to candidates and certificants on the credential management system, which includes the online application system, as well as coordinates database integrity measures in coordination with the team. Professional interprets policies and operating practices and carries out major assignments in conducting the operations of the business.
Provide professional, helpful and knowledgeable, expert and courteous customer service and assistance to candidates regarding the credentialing management system including the online application system.
Communicate with candidates, as necessary, about examination scheduling and other related questions.
Communicate certification requirements, as needed, accurately and in a timely manner in response to phone and email inquiries.
Conduct candidate application audits in accordance with procedures.
Review applications from clinical mentorship program leading to certification eligibility criteria.
Assist Spanish speaking customers.
Management of the primary email inbox, assisting candidates with general questions and forwarding to team members as necessary.
Update applicant, candidate and certificant names in database as requested after receiving proper government issued ID documentation.
Assist with accuracy of contact information within the database for email and mailing addresses.
Perform duties related to online application system as determined.
As requested, prepare reports and research.
Conduct quality control checks as required for communications and other projects as determined to ensure accuracy.
Qualifications:
College degree or 2-3 years nonprofit or equivalent experience.
Bilingual, Spanish speaking required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
Solid email management and internet search skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Displays professionalism, quality customer service skills and proven, tactful ability to work with individuals from broad geographical and cultural backgrounds.
