Our company provides full-service management to trade and professional non-profit associations, as well as specialized services including program development, financial management, membership oversight, and event planning. We are seeking a full-time Manager of Certification and E-Learning to oversee the administration of several credentialing programs, online education and webinars, and to support the internal communications department with editing informational bulletins.
Serve as point of contact to assist with certification inquires via phone and email to include website navigation, eligibility criteria, application status, verification requests, and exam scheduling.
Oversee the planning, implementation and delivery of e-learning opportunities for association members
Support various credentialing committees through committee meeting attendance, minute taking, and providing guidance as needed.
Identify, implement and manage an online learning platform for members (Learning Management System).
Manage E-Learning/Webinar series (approximately 5-10 per year) using experience with various video conferencing software, including Zoom, WebEx, and Microsoft Teams.
Oversee the tracking of continuing education units, compliance requirements, and general administration for 2-3 certification programs, including database updates, maintaining data integrity, and reporting as needed.
Manage course registrations, testing, grading, reporting, etc.
Manage educational course information and certification information for website.
Manage administration and CEU component of once annual Consulting Academy.
Support educational component of once annual conference (500 attendees) through multiple tracks of education.
Monitor an online community for relevant topics to certification, education, and E-learning.
Strong understanding of online meetings-related technology, audio-visual, etc.
Provide support for instructors in advance of meetings.
Outreach to association members to help identify educational needs.
Use strong writing skills to proof and edit bulletins and technical reports. This may include checking and correcting grammar, spelling, typographical errors, and suggesting rewrites, when deemed appropriate.

Education & Experience – A bachelor’s degree and 2-5 years of experience with certifications, E-learning (webinars, etc.), and learning management systems. Strong experience with various online meeting platforms including Zoom, Web Ex and Microsoft Teams.
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities –Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Knowledge of web-based technology platforms required. High degree of organization and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with project management software such as Basecamp. Exceptional customer service attitude. Ability to manage multiple projects at once and move projects ahead efficiently in a deadline driven environment. Possess a positive team-player, self-starter attitude. Must be able to stand for 8-15 hours a day, when attending conferences.
Travel –travel within North America for 2-3 events per year (February, December).
Job Location – This is predominantly a telecommuting position.
Telecommuting is allowed.
