We are seeking a Coordinator, Digital Program Administration, to assist our Digital Learning Team as they manage initiatives for endocrine training, self-assessment, and new content development. In this role, you will assist the Manager of Program Design & Strategy in the maintenance of the Society’s core products ESAP, P-ESAP, Fellows Training Series and other products, working closely with faculty workgroups. You will have the opportunity to be engaged in the set up and delivery of these products in the Society’s learning management system (LMS). You will also support the Society’s compliance with continuing medical education (CME) and maintenance of certification (MOC) activity requirements by maintaining proper activity files and managing annual reports. The ideal candidate will have a focus on customer service and ability to maintain a working technical knowledge of the learning management system to support day-to-day activities within this system, to work with the Member Services team to resolve user issues, and to maintain digital elements of projects.
What you’ll bring to the job:
1-2 years of previous association experience is highly desirable. BA/BS degree, or equivalent prior work experience is a plus.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, customer service skills, and organizational skills.
Experience with the following components/systems preferred:
Webcasting and virtual meeting platforms
Video editing tools, such as Camtasia or iMovie
Interest in online education and instructional design highly desirable.
Desire to learn new technologies preferred.

What you’ll own:
Day-to-Day Management of the Fellows Training Series (FTS), including:
Updating; FTS program coordinators in Netforum AMS and the learning management system (LMS), emailing each program to confirm
Updating each program’s LMS FTS pages annually, including new/retired courses, new program dates, etc.
Sending templated FTS emails and reminders
Setting up FTS programs and the in-training exam (ITE) in the LMS
Calculating discrimination data for ITE results
Acting as primary respondent to FTS/ITE inquiries, triaging as needed
Support the Digital Learning team’s efforts in ACCME accreditation compliance, product set-up, and LMS administration, including:
Creating new self-assessment products (SAP) in LMS
Collecting ACCME Annual Reporting files, confirming all folders are complete and following up as needed
Faculty/working group follow-up as needed
Prepping committee and working group meeting books and other meeting materials as needed
Assisting the Specialist, Digital Learning & Education Technology, as needed in LMS course set-up
Serving as first point of contact for Member Services to triage education-related questions/communications, escalating to a higher support tier as needed
Serving as back-up LMS administrator
Other duties as assigned, including:
Providing onsite assistance at the ENDO annual meeting and other programs as assigned
Processing invoices and honoraria payments in Pn3 account payables system
Facilitating scheduled webinars and/or edit recordings as needed
Drafting standard operating procedures for succession management and new hire training

Have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database and presentation software (Microsoft Office Products, AMS).
