Tax Executives Institute (TEI) is looking for a Membership & Chapter Relations Manager. In this newly created position, you'll be responsible for TEI’s total member experience. This role is responsible for implementing a membership growth strategy which includes recruitment and retention campaigns, engagement initiatives, data analysis, and more to meet and exceed membership goals. The Membership & Chapter Relations Manager also works with the Director, Marketing & Membership, to support TEI’s 57 chapters worldwide.
Skills & Abilities
Strong attention to detail and follow-up.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable with presenting to groups, and the ability to work well with members and internal groups.
Highly motivated, self-starting individual with a proven ability to develop creative ideas and work as part of a team to bring those ideas to fruition.
Experience with Microsoft Office, Association Management Systems (TEI utilizes netFORUM), web content management systems (TEI’s site is hosted in Drupal), and online communities (TEI utilizes Higher Logic). Does not require expert level skills, but general familiarity.
