This position will report to the IDSA Foundation Executive Director and will be responsible for managing the current IDWeek Mentorship Program and the ID Student Interest Groups Grant Program in 2021. This position will work with the program developer, leadership, and staff to transition the Mentorship program into a cross-program support model for mentor recruitment in 2022. The goal of this position is to secure IDSA Foundation as an industry leader in ID Mentor recruitment.
Manage the Foundation Mentorship Program which includes application management, program updates, mentor/mentee pairing, planning IDWeek Mentorship luncheon and happy hour, participant tracking and follow up.
Manage the development and implementation of a web-based application process, along with the notification of accepted/rejected applicants.
Manage relationships with Mentorship Program Committee/Committee Chairs including scheduling and leading meetings, ongoing communications and managing evolution of programs based on committee feedback.
General knowledge of program design aligning with organizations mission and support of organizations goals.
Collaborate to develop and maintain analytics and schedule email and social media campaigns around programs.
Manage the ID Student Interest Groups Grant Program which includes application management, program updates, notification of awardees/applicants, communication with applicants/institutions, outcome reports tracking and follow up.
Coordinate and monitor the marketing and communications plan for programs in collaboration with the marketing and communications team.
Support prospect researching and scheduling with emphasis on funders that fund mentorship programs.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's degree in related field, and a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the field of program development, recruitment, mentorship, or similar program area (ideally in a health and non-profit related sector)
Knowledge and experience with developing and managing marketing and communications outreach plans to support program initiatives.
Experience working in a non-profit environment with volunteer leadership and consensus-building a plus.
Event management experience is a plus.

Ability to interact successfully across all levels of volunteers, leaders, and staff.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient computer skills (MS Office specifically excel, database, data management).
Zoom/Zoom Webinar experience required.
Ability to utilize tools or design systems and processes to track program data and monitor program progress.
