We are looking for a social media savvy creator who has a strong attention to detail and can manage multiple projects to help us reach members, prospective members, and other tax professionals through the creation of compelling digital content.
The Digital Content Specialist supports the development and implementation of digital marketing programs and campaigns for our members, prospects, and partners. Working both as an individual contributor and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, this role is responsible for creating and updating website content, creating digital marketing campaigns across a variety of channels, including email, social media and web content management systems. Strong project management skills, and experience managing digital channels and platforms are also desired.
Key responsibilities include:
- Creating and updating website content
- Supporting member recruitment, retention, and engagement through the creation of compelling digital content marketing tactics and campaigns
- Coordinating newsletter, blog content, and event promotions
- Monitoring and analyzing analytics and outcomes of NAEA’s digital communications
Experience with inbound marketing techniques, data analysis, and knowledge of Pardot and/or Salesforce a major plus.
NAEA is a national association whose members are enrolled agents and tax preparers based mostly in the U.S. but also in various locations around the globe. Enrolled Agents (EAs) are specially credentialed by the Department of Treasury to represent U.S. taxpayers before the IRS.
NAEA headquarters is located in Washington D.C., however this position can be based completely remote, in the office, or hybrid.
