NAPEO advocates for the interests of PEOs at all levels of government and provides robust member resources for PEOs. PEOs provide payroll, benefits, regulatory compliance assistance, and other HR services to small and mid-sized companies. NAPEO is seeking a Member Services Coordinator to support the organization’s member services and engagement. As the Member Services Coordinator, you will support NAPEO’s strategic plan by providing essential customer service to members and prospects, facilitating the delivery of NAPEO’s member services, supporting membership administration and engagement, and providing excellent database management. This position reports to the VP of Events & Member Services and provides support to the Director of Member Engagement, Director of Membership Development, and Director of Accounting & Database Management.
Qualified candidates offer:
- Bachelor's degree
- 1 year of experience, ideally in an association setting
- Experience with association membership database
- Excellent communication skills
