We are looking for someone to join our team as a Director, Marketing Operations. Essential Functions Responsibilities
In concert with the VP of Marketing, develop an inbound marketing strategy; using personas and other tactics, set-up drip marketing campaign; track and report on the entire marketing funnel.
Supervise Marketing Managers and Email Coordinator; manage, build, and lead a strong team by coaching and recommending training and career development to best fit the needs of the department.
Working in collaboration with IT, own the marketing operations roadmap, ensuring marketing technology is evaluated, selected, implemented and customized to meet the needs of the marketing department.
Take the lead in meeting with program departments to recommend their marketing budgets; ensure marketing costs and conversions are tracked correctly.
Create and maintain reports and dashboards for measuring leads, opportunities and tracking ROI for marketing campaigns.
Meet quarterly with program departments to report on campaigns performances.
Partner with outsourced paid media teams to develop campaign strategies and ensure campaign ROI is correctly reported.
Continually work to develop and simplify systems and processes.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Required Education and Experience
10+ years of experience and Bachelors degree in related area is required. Any equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience that fulfills the requirements of the position will be considered.
4+ years of management experience
Proven experience with change management
Preferred Education and Experience
Familiarity with ASAE’s tech stack (Hubspot, Teamwork, SmartSheet)
Work Authorization/Security Clearance Must be able to work legally within the United States without sponsorship.
