SUMMARY The Sales Operations Specialist will play a pivotal role in supporting the Board Development Team (BDT) by managing the sales tech stack, optimizing operational processes, and ensuring seamless execution across various sales platforms. This position requires a highly organized and technical individual skilled in diagnosing and troubleshooting sales-related issues, aggregating and analyzing data, and generating reports to inform key business decisions.
