The American Association for Homecare is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive whose main duties and responsibilities include communicating with customers, generating leads and closing sales. The representative will track prospects from the existing database, make cold calls with the expectation of closing new members. May perform work in person, over the phone or online. Base salary, plus uncapped commission.
Essential Functions: 1. Generate qualified leads through cold calls, emails and follow-ups. 2. Maintain sales database – track activity and status, prepare records and data as required. 3. Work with Sr Director of Membership to negotiate and close sales to meet AAH incentive targets. 4. Maintain knowledge of offerings and services available to offer. 5. Promotes customer service - timely response to customer inquiries and provide estimates. 6. Prioritizes own work to meet deadlines. 7. Collaborate and contribute to the overall goals of the organization. 8. Continuously seek ways to enhance your sales approach through feedback and learning.

Qualifications: 1. 3+ years experience in sales, association sales a plus 2. Excellent communication skills -verbal and written 3. Enthusiasm and ability to work independently 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word and Sales Force.
