The Director of Member Engagement & Development is responsible for designing and executing strategies that attract, engage, and retain TSCPA members. This position develops and leads member recruitment and retention strategies, builds and maintains relationships with key stakeholders in the accounting profession, and ensures the Society delivers meaningful value to its members.   MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY Relationship Development with Stakeholders and Prospects Build and maintain productive working relationships with members / prospective members, their employers and other stakeholders to support membership growth. This may include membership development presentations / meetings at CPA firms, member employers, or re
