POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) serves as the chief staff executive for Quad City Area REALTORS®, a professional trade association representing REALTORS® operating in communities in both Iowa and Illinois. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, the CEO is responsible for the overall leadership and management of the Association’s operations, including strategic planning, financial oversight, staff leadership, member services, government affairs, and compliance with policies established by the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR).
