The American Retirement Association is seeking a seeking a Chief Learning Officer (CLO) to lead its talented education and professional development team. Our educational programs are highly respected in the financial industry, and we pride ourselves on delivering well-designed, high-quality education through a variety of mediums.
The CLO will be an experienced leader who has a mastery of professional education principles. They should possess a deep knowledge of the development and delivery of educational programming, professional designations and credentials, continuing education and the systems and platforms that support these initiatives.
The ideal candidate has a sharp business acumen, exceptional management skills, and can effectively balance and prioritize a variety of strategic and tactical issues. They should be a creative problem-solver and skilled communicator who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. They should keep abreast of best practices, technology, and changes affecting the professional learning field.
