ABCT is seeking an experienced Membership Services Manager. This person will have experience with:
In collaboration with the CEO, developing an annual plan and budget for membership retention and recruitment.
Developing strategies to promote the member value proposition, as well as to create and measure recruitment campaigns.
The ability to monitor, maintain, and create all membership categories.
Developing tracking metrics to measure member experience, satisfaction, and loyalty.
Working closely with all other ABCT administrative units on member recruitment and retention initiatives.
Mining membership database to develop customized offerings for members and/or groups.
Monitoring weekly and monthly membership statistics and create reports for the CEO, Board, and Membership Coordinator.
Compiling reports of the Clinical Directory as well as membership participation in the Membership Forum. Oversees, prepares and emails service updates and renewal mailings to Clinical Directory participants.
Facilitating the creation, implementation, and data collection and measure for surveys and other membership feedback vehicles.
Liaison to all membership-related committees and ABCT groups, unless otherwise specified (e.g. Membership, Leadership and Elections, etc).
Overseeing the work and operations of all ABCT Special Interest Groups (SIGs).
Overseeing annual membership renewal campaigns.
Requirements for this position are:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
A minimum of four (4) years experience in membership management, sales, or marketing in a nonprofit association setting.
Proficiency in membership data analysis and reporting.
Ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
Knowledge of and proficiency in working with a membership database system (e.g., MemberClicks, Personify, Salesforce, Imis) or other relevant association management software.
