Position Summary The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is a key member of the executive leadership team responsible for overseeing the organization’s core mission delivery programs and ensuring the effective execution of strategic priorities. The COO provides executive leadership across the organization’s primary program areas Publications, Standards Development, and Education Services ensuring alignment with strategy, operational excellence, and long-term sustainability.
